if you choose to move forward with me for
birth support
-I'll send you my contract
- we'll schedule your birth plan and I'll spend lots of time getting to know you and your partner, ideally over a meal :)
- we'll have another pre-labor check-in in the last month before you're due to discuss what we need to know before birth
- we'll chat and text regularly and then you'll have 24/7 on call support from 38 weeks until your little one arrives!
- and of course THE BIG EVENT : in person, hands-on labor support. Happy to start at your home with you and then move to the hospital (if giving birth there!)
- I'll provide at least a few iPhone photos
- and I'll be there with you for immediate postpartum support while you get settled, help with first latch, etc
- I'll come to your home sometime in the first 3-7 days after birth to process with you as well as help with lactation and other concerns if needed
